I had to stay overnight in Gangnam, Seoul due to a business trip.
Since I was staying alone, I was looking for a clean accommodation with a good location that wasn't too expensive, and I found ‘Inn The City Business Hotel’.
I booked it with a special Agoda offer and went there myself, thinking it would be quite good for this price in Gangnam with this quality.
After searching through 5-6 major accommodation providers, Agoda's reservation was the cheapest!

The hotel is located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, specifically at 13-8 Teheran-ro 37-gil.
It takes about 5 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Yeoksam Station, and Gangnam Station is also within a 15-minute walk, making public transportation very convenient.
I had a lot of business trips and needed to move quickly by bus or subway, and I felt like I was right in the center.
I arrived without any burden even with a heavy carry-on, and there were many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so it was safe and convenient to walk alone at night.
Based on a weekday stay for one person, I booked it for 62,000 won at a special price on Agoda.
Looking at the price alone, it's 'okay', but when I actually went there,it was a very cost-effective accommodation.
However, it seems that parking was not included because of the special price.
Although there was a mechanical parking lot, I didn't use it, and I recommend that those who use a car check the regular price option.
The room isn't big. It's the right size for one person and was practically designed without unnecessary decorations.
The bed was fluffy and clean, and the shower room and toilet provided with a wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, electric kettle, and bottled water were also clean, and the water pressure was also good.
The cleanliness was truly satisfactory, and overall I thought they put a lot of effort as it was well-organized.
In particular, there were no problems such as odors or dust at all, and it was a configuration that had only the necessary things for a business traveler staying alone.
During the same week, I also stayed at the nearby ‘E-Residence’ for comparison.
It was 56,000 won, which was about 6,000 won cheaper than Inn The City.
However, when comparing the two, the room condition, service, location, cleanliness, and overall satisfaction were all overwhelmingly in favor of Inn The City. In particular, E-Residence had a problem with the quality of sleep because the soundproofing was not good.
It was the same '1-person stay', but I thought I might regret it if I chose it just by looking at the price.
To summarize,
I sincerely recommend it to those who are planning a business trip or a one-night stay alone.
Whether your purpose is a business trip, a meeting in the Gangnam area, an academic conference, an exam, or a seminar, if you are looking for a practical hotel where you can stay without any burden, consider the Inn The City Business Hotel.
