I ate the Ham Special at Isaac Toast, Myeongdong Cathedral branch

I suddenly craved a specific food, and today, I wanted Isaac Toast. So, I visited the Isaac Toast in Myeongdong Station after a long time.

There's probably no one who's only eaten Isaac Toast once; everyone who's tried it, keeps coming back for more. It's so delicious that I often think about it, and today felt like just such a day, so I visited.

Location

I visited the Isaac Toast Myeongdong Station branch, which is always lined up with foreign tourists when you exit exit 5 of Myeongdong Station.

I visited without knowing about their break time and ended up striking out. However, I remembered the Isaac Toast I saw last month on my way to Hamheung Myeonok's main branch, so I immediately checked it using a map app.

The Isaac Toast Myeongdong Station branch and the Myeongdong Cathedral branch are close together, making the Myeongdong Cathedral branch a good alternative to visit during the Myeongdong Station branch's break time.

I changed my course to the Isaac Toast Myeongdong Cathedral branch, and thankfully, they weren't on break, so I immediately placed my order.

Ham Special

I ordered the Ham Special Toast.

The price was 3,500 won, an affordable amount. Considering the current price level + Myeongdong prices, it's relatively inexpensive.

They're currently running a review event, so I got a free drink, which was really nice.

It wasn't written in Korean, so I'm not sure if Koreans can participate in the review event. I just ate the toast and left.

Both the Myeongdong Station and Myeongdong Cathedral branches obviously don't have seating, so they give you takeout packaging.

I just opened the packaging right there and took a bite.

The taste was, as expected of Isaac Toast, sweet. It's sweet at first bite, but as you eat, there's a slightly spicy kick in between bites, it seems like some chili sauce was added. Still delicious, I ate it all up quickly.

It was a good price and portion for a lunch snack. It's the kind of taste I often crave, so I think I'll visit again and enjoy it occasionally.
