One of the must-try foods when visiting Jeju is pork, including black pork and white pork. Among them, kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew) is a great option for lunch. Kimchi jjigae made with Jeju pork is especially delicious, and 'Geuttaegeujip Siheong Branch' is a popular restaurant among many people.

Menu and Prices
The restaurant offers a variety of menu items, but the most popular is the kimchi jjigae. The kimchi jjigae served as a lunch special costs \10,000 per person, while the children's portion [under 10 years old] is \5,000. Kimchi jeongol (kimchi stew in a hot pot) is available in small, medium, and large sizes, priced at \20,000, \28,000, and \35,000, respectively. A variety of side dishes are also available.
The lunch special kimchi jjigae includes unlimited refills of rice, fried egg, tofu, ramen noodles, and tteok (rice cake), making it an excellent value. (For reference, I find the basic kimchi jjigae to be quite a lot, so I usually just have a fried egg, but if I want more, I add ramen noodles. The broth might become less, so it's best to ask for extra broth beforehand and add the ramen noodles once it's boiling.)
Restaurant Interior
The interior of Geuttaegeujip Siheong Branch is decorated in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Wooden tables and black chairs create a harmonious look, and banners on the wall advertising various menus and receipt/SNS events that offer additional services catch the eye.
Fried eggs are self-service.
The kimchi jjigae and Jeju pork kimchi jjigae boast a rich and flavorful broth. The use of Jeju pork enhances the flavor of the meat, and the addition of fresh vegetables makes for a healthy meal.
My friend and I each enjoyed two fried eggs! Fried eggs are always delicious.
