Finding Lost Items in a Taxi! Recommended Methods!

I happily came home by taxi after a company dinner yesterday.

The moment I entered my house, a sudden memory resurfaced. I remembered someone kindly putting 50,000 won for the taxi fare in my pocket after the company dinner. I quickly checked my pockets, but there was nothing there.

I must have left it in the taxi. Luckily, I paid with my credit card when I got off the taxi. If I had received a receipt, I could have contacted the taxi company immediately using the phone number/vehicle number on the receipt, which would have been helpful.

So, here's how to find lost items.

🔗 Go to Taxi Lost and Found

1. Since card payments are transferred to Tmoney, launch KakaoTalk and search for "Tmoney" to add it as a channel.

2. Once you access Tmoney, a chat window will appear. In the chat window, type "Tmoney Taxi Lost Item Vehicle Inquiry," and a message will appear instructing you to press the button below.

3. The screen will change, and you will need to select your username, phone number, and usage date and time.

• Select your username, phone number, and usage date and time.
• Also, if you click on "Select," credit/check cards, prepaid cards, and approval numbers will appear. I selected and entered the approval number.
• Select and enter the approval number.

4. Finally, and importantly, you must select the mandatory agreement at the bottom.

5. The screen will change, and the contact information will appear. If you click on "Call," the phone number will appear for individual taxis, allowing you to make a call.
