Target group

• This is a voucher (coupon) that children under 12 months old (before their first birthday) who have been born and registered for a resident registration number can receive.
• If you have registered your child's birth online, you must apply separately. If you register your child's birth at the Community Service Center (Dong Office), it is generally applied all at once.

Application method

• If the first childbirth is twins, 2,000,000 KRW (first child) + 3,000,000 KRW (second child) = 5,000,000 KRW is paid at once. If the second and third children are twins, 3,000,000 KRW + 3,000,000 KRW = 6,000,000 KRW is paid.
• Payment is made through the National Happiness Card, and it is generally said that it can be received within 1 week to a maximum of 30 days after application.

If the amount used exceeds the balance, the balance will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be paid by personal card use.
