I thought it would be good to get my makeup done beforehand! I found ShineSooHair while searching for appointments! Several bloggers' reviews were genuine personal experiences, and they were overwhelmingly positive!! So I immediately booked an appointment and went :)

Appearance of the Store

ShineSooHair is about a 3-minute walk from Shinnonhyeon Station!

From the outside, I was like 'huh?', but the inside was surprisingly clean! There isn't a separate waiting area, so I recommend arriving exactly on time for your appointment! (There is a cafe right in front!)

Review

I went there in the outfit I was going to wear for the shoot + bare face!

I sat down, stored my luggage, and received a consultation! Even though I didn't show sample photos or give a detailed explanation!!

She understood perfectly based on the outfit I was wearing + my facial features!!!

Eye makeup first!

I'm really bad at drawing eyebrows, but Vice Manager Geum-bi drew my eyebrows so beautifully, I was touched..❤️

Also, she applied individual eyelashes, and they weren't heavy at all, they looked natural and pretty, so I was so happy!

You can't see any unnaturalness in the photos, right???

And because my eyelids are a bit protruding, I don't usually do eye makeup! (Because I look swollen when I apply eyeshadow ㅠㅠ) Vice Manager Geum-bi did such a natural and pretty makeup job that I was happy!

The shimmer wasn't too much, which was nice!

I wanted to know what products she used, but I forgot to ask ㅠㅠ

Everything was great, but the best thing was the lip color!!!!!

When I usually get my makeup done, the lip color is subtly mismatched and looks strange, doesn't it...? (Is it just me? ㅠ)

Vice Manager Geum-bi didn't try different things!! The lip color she applied in one go was perfectly beautiful, I was really surprised!!!

I found my perfect lip color at ShineSooHair, everyone...❤️ I was embarrassed, but I asked her, and she said it was a mix of Lilybyred Dahong and Red! So I bought the exact same ones...but it doesn't look like that color when I apply it..ㅠㅠ

Anyway, it was a very pretty lip color, so I was very satisfied.

When the hair and makeup were finished, Vice Manager Geum-bi gave me these cosmetics!

In case my makeup gets smudged by the mask, or my lip color fades! She prepared a puff with a little base and some lip color on it!

It was my first time getting makeup done!! It was such an amazing experience.

After the makeup, when I sit in the hair salon chair, you know?! You usually look so ugly in the hair salon chair, right?????

But it was the first time I looked pretty in the hair salon chair after getting my makeup done!!!! Even when I was facing the sun directly!!!!

I see why people say once you start getting your makeup done, you can't stop.. I thought.
