Squid Game X Olive Young Bring Green Collaboration Goods

Bringreen (브링그린) has released a collaborative Squid Game product line. It seems that most of the items are existing Bringreen products repackaged as a promotional set, except for the Dalgona lip balm (perhaps).

I bought everything except the mask pack. I already have too many mask packs at home...

I purchased them at Olive Young, and because the total exceeded 30,000 won, I also received a pink ribbon pouch.

It's a padded pouch, and it's quite cute.

It seems to be a design that pays homage to the boxes used to store the bodies in Squid Game. Including the fingers, it's about the size of my hand.

Once I opened everything, there was more than I expected...

It seems that most of them are 1+1 promotions with an added goodie.

Let's take a look at each one. First, the Zincteca Trouble Serum Collaboration Kit (refill + Squid Game gonggi).

This was the kit I wanted the most. It includes the full-size serum (25ml) + refill (25ml) + Squid Game 2 gonggi, and I also received 3 mask packs as a gift.

I don't have acne-prone skin, so I don't really need a trouble serum, but I think it will be good for when I wash my face too harshly and my face gets red.

The free gift, and essentially the main part of this set, is the Squid Game 2 Gonggi (a type of Korean game).

The third event in the 5-person 6-legged game in the 5-species game was Gonggi, and it looks exactly like the Gonggi shown on Netflix.

I'm a left-handed person who plays Gonggi with my right hand...

The Gonggi pieces were a bit lightweight, like they weren't completely filled. But it's enough to play with when I'm bored.

Second is the Tea Tree Cica Trouble Soothing Toner Pad Pink Edition Collaboration Kit (refill + cleansing band).

It's a toner pad with a ridiculously long name.

Full-size (90pcs) + refill (90pcs) + cleansing band. Interestingly, the pads themselves are pink.

The only toner pads I've used are Skinfood carrot pads, but when I put one on my cheek, it felt cool and nice.

I think it would be nice to put it on my cheeks when I'm studying at home or working on assignments in front of the monitor.

The cleansing band... could I use it when I'm doing a face mask?

Third is the Cica Pore Clay Pack Strong Collaboration Kit (Front Man cleansing sponge).

Full-size (100g) + gift (100g) + sponge

I much prefer the tube-type gift. It's definitely more convenient than the jar type.

The sponge is called the Front Man sponge, but it's just a black sponge... It's not like a sea sponge, but it's a good sponge for wiping away leftover clay or modeling packs.

I haven't used the pack yet, but with the red bean particles, it seems similar to the Shrek pack.

Fourth is the Tea Tree Cica Pore Pack Collaboration Kit.

There's no separate gift; it's a 1+1 promotion.

There are 5 uses per box, and it's not a peel-off type but a type that softens the sebum for extraction. Similar to Ilsoo pore packs, the first step is a gel sheet.

I still have some Ilsoo and other pore packs left, so I'll probably use this one after I finish those. If it works well...

Fifth is the Dalgona lip balm.

One of the umbrella or star shapes is included randomly.

I bought two, and luckily they were different.

It seems to be based on the Dalgona from Squid Game 1.

There's no engraving on the lip balm itself; the design is only on the lid. It really smells like Dalgona. I was surprised that they captured the slightly burnt sugar scent so well.

Of course, the scent isn't overpowering; it's only noticeable when you put your nose close to it, and it's not bothersome when applied.

I tried it on, and it was surprisingly good.

The texture and feel are similar to Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. But considering the color is the same as the exterior (earthy yellow-brown), it might not be ideal for carrying around and applying on the go...

Sixth is the Gold Collagen Eye Patch.

This one also doesn't have a separate gift; the only difference is the Squid Game mark on the lid.

Luckily, I don't have eye wrinkles yet, but I'll diligently use these for prevention...

There are 60 patches in total. If I use them on both eyes, it seems like I'll be able to use them for a month.

Finally, the Bamboo Hyaluronic Lip Essence Collaboration Kit.

I haven't opened this one yet because I'm still using my current one.

This one is also just a repackaged product with a different container. I thought it would be a thin lip essence, but it's not; it's more like a sticky lip gloss.

I'm not sure about the hydration, but it moisturizes well and feels nice and smooth on the lips, so I'm using it well.

So, I've bought all the collaboration items except the mask packs.

I've wanted to try Bringreen products for a while, so I bought them on this occasion.

Most of them are 1+1 promotions, but to be honest, they were already being sold as promotional sets...

But considering that the products are items that anyone can use (toner pads, lip balm, pore packs, etc.) and that there are discount events, I think it's worth buying if you want the free goodies.

Personally, I really wanted the Squid Game 2 Gonggi, so the Zincteca serum kit and the surprisingly good Dalgona lip balm were my favorites.
