Fried rice.

It's easy to make and eat, and it's easy to buy outside. In the past, fried rice options were limited to Chinese restaurant fried rice or kimchi fried rice.

Nowadays, fried rice, made as a finale to numerous soup and stir-fry dishes, is the trend. It's also considered a Korean dessert.

There seems to be a wide variety of fried rice. Anyway, among the various fried rices, my favorite is Thai fried rice; Khao Pad.

My daughter also loves Thai fried rice. She doesn't usually eat much, and her portions are small, so I often wish she would eat more.
