I went to the Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening with a Korean friend.
It was my third time at Hwaseong Haenggung, but the night opening was the first time~ It was Malbok (the hottest day of the year), and strangely enough, perhaps because it was Malbok, the weather was quite cool, so there were quite a lot of people.
I liked that I didn't need a separate reservation like Gyeongbokgung Palace or Changgyeonggung Palace.
From 5.03 to 11.02, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 18:0021:30 (Entry closed at 21:00)
It's the main gate entrance, tickets can be purchased on the left side of the main gate.
The staff will check when you enter the main gate.
The line at the ticket office was long, so I paid with QR code right away.
The first banner is for contactless ticket payment QR,
The second banner is for the Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening,
The third banner is for entry (transportation card payment) information.
We were a bit late, it was after 20:40, but there was still a line at the ticket office ;;
I quickly paid online.
First, if you are good at Korean and living in Korea, follow the method below. Japanese people who are not good at Korean should apply in a different way.

Go to the link, click on the date and number of people, and then purchase. (Easy)
I wondered what the reservation confirmation number was, but later when I checked the ticket, I had to enter my number + the reservation confirmation number.
It will appear as shown below, so don't forget your reservation confirmation number and remember it.
You can enter right away by showing the mobile screen to the staff!
It's faster than waiting in line, so I recommend contactless entry!!
Next is the method for those who are visiting from Japan
Pay for a tour package to see the night view in advance. I recommend paying for a tour package and visiting various places, and then coming at the end rather than just stopping by in the middle of the night.
I was so sad that the photos didn't capture it well because it was night, but it was pretty.
I was so amazed to see it~~
It's a different feeling from Suwon Hwaseong during the day!!
The grandeur and serene atmosphere given by the lights were so amazing and 멋졌습니다.

I guess everyone's faces looked better because the weather was less hot? ㅎㅎ
They also did something like a media facade with lights? I could hear the sound of music and the lights changed quickly, so it was pretty.
When I visited during the day, I usually checked and looked around, saying, 'This is where this is, and this is what this is about,' but because it was night, I just looked around with my eyes. Actually, because I was running out of time, I chose to just take it in with my eyes ㅠㅠ (This is why it's good to pay for the tour ㅠㅠ)

In the end, I was in a hurry and moved quickly, so I couldn't even go up to the top of the hill.
There was also a traditional Korean play experience zone.
It was drawn on the floor with LED, so it was good because it was visible even at night.
There are also gulleongsoe, tuho, jegichagi, sabangchigi, and biseokchigi, and there are also squid shapes~~
Because the weather was cool, there were many people sitting on the maru!

I went to Haenggung-dong and walked along Haenggung-gil to Paldalmun and then went to the Tongdak Street to take out Suwon Wang Galbi Tongdak and ate it at the accommodation~
Because it was Boknal, I waited more than 30 minutes for a take-out order, but if you want to eat at the store, you will have to wait a long time!!
If you are traveling or going on a picnic to Suwon, I recommend the night opening!!
The entrance fee of 2,000 won was not a waste of viewing.
